Motiv8 Foundation Night at UH Football

The Motiv8 Foundation each year takes 1,200 kids to a University of Hawaii football game. The participants are treated to transportation to the game, a Motiv8 tee shirt, meal and game ticket. They also get a special tour of the stadium and a once in a lifetime event to get to go on the field before the game and meet players and coaches.

“Our partnership with the Motiv8 Foundation has been nothing short of amazing. They have provided our students with the opportunity to see high quality football and basketball games. And not just one or two students, 400-500 students at a time. Our students come from communities that don’t often, if ever, get the opportunity to attend a college game. The Motiv8 Foundation makes it possible for students not only to cheer on their home team, but to even mingle with the teams on the field and of course, most exciting of all, to meet with Marcus himself. Our students talk about their experiences for weeks and months after and it also serves as an added incentive for kids to join our programs, keeping them off the streets and out of trouble, each day after school. It is not an exaggeration to say, that the Motiv8 Foundation helps us to improve student participation at program and at school.”

Motiv8 Foundation partners with Sweet Cheeks Winery

The Motiv8 Foundation has formed an annual partnership with Sweet Cheeks Winery to produce its own wine label. Sweet Cheeks produces the wine and custom label and sells the wine with the proceeds going to Motiv8. Last year the partnership raised more than $30,000 for Motiv8 programs in Oregon.
